STANDARD POLICIES
In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients, please follow the guidance below:
1. Only appointment-holders are permitted inside the salon.
2. Masks are required for all clients, regardless of vaccination status.
3. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact us reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation, No Shows, and Late Arrivals Policy
If you are running late, please call ahead. We will do our very best to accommodate you, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will likely have to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments will be canceled with no refund if the client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. Please understand that K N Her Beauty estheticians take multiple clients each day and require the full session to produce desired results. Cancelled appointments due to late arrivals can be rescheduled, but the client will be asked to place another deposit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged. No shows and cancellations cause a significant financial burden on our small business and limit access for other clients. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date. Same-day cancellations will be charged for the price of the full service.
